Please note – if your boat was involved in any unusual incident such as:
- coming in contact with anything such as another boat, a channel marker, the bottom
- running out of fuel
- needing a tow
- potentially obstructing a ferry or other traffic so they may report you
- have a person go overboard
- not being back to the dock before a squall or thunderstorm hit
- anything else which might be considered unusual
then the skipper who signed out the boat MUST complete this INCIDENT REPORT.
