Pier A is one of the most stunning waterfront buildings in Manhattan. And it has a huge amount of inside space with many bars. In other words, Pier A is a perfect “Winter Clubhouse” for Manhattan Yacht Club. So we designate it from time to time as our “Clubhouse for a Day.”
We just show up, find a few tables which are free and set up shop. All Members are invited and encouraged to come to this event.

When you get to Pier A, look for the Club Burgee & your fellow Members in the Long Bar or Oyster Bar in the back of the building. If the weather is nice, Members may gather outside at the end of the pier.
The purpose of these Social events are to create community and connections among Club Members. And by sharing a drink together, it makes the off-season go by faster!
